Périgord-style house located in Calviac-en-Périgord, near the Dordogne, in a peaceful, green hamlet. Ideally situated for exploring tourist sites and enjoying outdoor activities such as treetop adventure courses, canoeing, cycling, hiking, and fishing. You will have a spacious terrace and a private pool (8.5 x 3.5 m), heated to 28°C from May 1st to October 30th. The terrace and pool area offer open views of the distant Château de Fénelon. Cleaning is mandatory and available for an extra fee.
